As I stand here at work, googling this, that, and the other thing, I find myself on the Vogue website. One of every girl's guilty pleasures, endulging in that which they cannot have, I am looking at the piece on fall boots: booties, python, biker, wedges. The majority of these fabulous pieces of clothing cost well over $1000.
In a world where millions of people are homeless, families scrape to find food, unemployment is at an all time high, and countries around the world are struggling with war and debt: only in America will you find shoes selling for $3,000 and a waitlist to buy them.
