Welcome to Disorganization

Too many people with different agenda's and too many personalities from different cultures all in one place. America is suppose to be a melting pot, but this pot just won't seem to hit up enough to melt.

There is no team work, it is all me and I work. We are all guilty of that within my company. This is due largely to the set up that each coach is a partner that is control of there own personal program and its development. This means they do not need to worry about the overall development and profit of the company, just themselves. They do this quite well. Something else they do quite well is bitch about how the rest of the company has no money and that the administrative work does not have the help and supplies it needs to do they work that they require. Well let's see, since we get paid by the profit of the overall company, and the company is not doing well, therefore we do not have the money to hire the help needed to get it all done, and we do not have the money to buy the supplies we need to get it all done, then that means the work is going to be half assed and rushed by people who really don't give a shit because they are getting yelled at from every angle and paid pennies to deal with it all.
